The Tao of Health Retreat Center is a short term stay facility nestled in the Green Mountains of Vermont. Our focus is on expanding health awareness.
We offer classes in healthy weight loss, mindful eating, yoga for all levels, gourmet healthy cooking, and themed retreats. All guests are invited to join in our guided nature walks, or hikes in the surrounding Green Mountains. Our facility is jointly owned by a certified nutritional health counselor/certified yoga instructor and MSW Life Coach and each are avid hikers. Looking for a Healthy Vacation/Retreat?
